well all i did was change the model of sarumans fireball power and the colour of the fx, im gonna have a play with it cos it also looks a bit dodgy when he shoots it so i will fiddle with it and then when its done then i can send itto whoever

Halbarad, that stuff is amazing! It's just A-MAZE-ING!
Will it be in a future update of WOME, with a Harad faction? That would be sick.
Anything later then now isn't soon enough.

how many polys is that ?
btw, they had asked me to do one for them but i didnt get time to finish it :sad: i had just done the head so far :p

hehehe, just the head is 528 !!! it is made exactly the same shape as the real helmet, with overlapping playes, its not just a skin, i might scrap it and do a low poly one lol

im not even gonna tell u how many polys that is, does anyone know an easy way of cutting down ploys??!!

lol around 3000 polys i guess :cool:
anyway, try to remove the horses dress, it will help you for the animations as well (unless you werent planning to animate it ;) )
also, redo completely the face with a maximum of a 100 polys, which is already quite high ...
and then, try to see if you can cut down some details around the legs and torso.

uses boromirs animations, they all look good cos it is kinda pugnatious
cut down the ploys a bit too,

Truly awsome work. What skeleton is he using mounted? Is the Mordor banner animated?

Boromir's anims look quite good.. looks like he's using the arm for balance.

Leave it high polie, you're only talking about one unit in existance at a time. It's not gonna lag. Look at some of the structures, alot higher than that.

Exporting with shadows might but it's only ONE unit. Keep it in the pristine state it is...

Wow... My eyebrows shot up at 528 polygons and have come back down yet. It's all just so amazing. Your work is just sick, halbarad. You and Dain make an unbelievable team.

And Haldir, I really don't mean to be rude but, could you take your questions regarding your mod to PMs? Just kinda cluttering up the thread with not-so-on-topic stuff. Sorry again.
