Looking Games Employment?

well at 14 i wanted to make a game, graphics engine and all...hmmmph, what did i know...at 15 i tried modding hl and that was a bust, so while id love to workin in the gaming industry and have no other thoughts than that im not sure what part. i think id be good at leading/designing a project...im 16 now and my main focus is the forum and site that are almost complete...once i get a good lil following i may persue a mod for god knows what with some really passionate people. i have pretty high expectations as far as salary goes, i wanna make enough so i can buy pretty much anything i want for myself and m8s, well short of a ferrari and a house in fiji that is...i just get fed up with money being a problem, dont wanna have to worry about it, thats all...
