To kick it off here's an idea for a Tech UN supply center.
The tech supply center could build the following equipment:
UN Technicals for forward supply center defense -

UN Ambulances for medical aid.
Unarmed UN Helo for gathering those hard to reach supplies. small to normal cargo capacity. -

The big item for this supply center though, would be a supply truck exactly like, or similar to, the new tank generals supply truck that could gather a substantial amount in one load.

I would like to see a tech AA or flak cannon since you have the artillery. That'd be nice.

could be used to decimate a group of infantry.
How about a sniper shelter? Camoflagued and underground garrisonable by snipas?
"Jesus didn't resurrect. He respawned."
"I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me saying "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals."

From here, you can get pretty much everything in the game. It can build Dozers for a whole new line of buildings(every one has Tech before the name) which can build everything from every side. (If there is a direct improvement, such as the Raptor to King Raptor, only the better one is available). You also get Workers to build every defense in the game.
Here's another idea for it: Gen Powers. You buy them in the center and they are added to your sidebar. However, you must be a certain rank(can't buy Fuel Air bomb until you are a 5-star rank, but you can buy it no matter which side you are on)
Problem is that the shroud is revealed around it for everyone and it tends to draw attention. Also, you can only have 1-2 of each structure it builds(except defences).
The Flak Gun would make a nice GLA or Militia building.
I like the tech supply center.
Note: I know there is a Tech Dozer Bay, but that gets too complicated with so many identical Dozers that all build different stuff.

Tech Command Center:

I like the command center idea, but I was thinking it could be more like a tech_boss general where you get to build up a 'best of' base. Example: Take the best ground units from all U.S. sides and put them into a Tech_Warfactory for instance. And so on and so forth, with the other buildings and sides as well.
As for the Tech_General Powers, I don't think that's possible, even if it could be coded in that way, because the buttons would get pushed off the screen. Anyway, there's enough superweapons as is in the game for each side. Personally, I'm not fond of superweapon slug-fest matches.
As for the Tech_DozerBay's dozers looking alike, I agree with you totally. Vanguard, would you consider fixing that little problem sometime down the road? Thanks.

Karl, NO! Bad Karl! Put the pills down! Stay away from the bottle! Karl... KArl, NO!
Karl, you really seem nuts lately. Is it a change in the weather over there, or what?

Another option: it builds hypbrid units. The main battle tank is a King Crusader. It has rocket pods and can build the Omega drone, Erebus Drone, or Scout Drone.
The heavy battle tank is an Overlord that can pick up salvage and build the same drones as the new crusader.
The Humvee can build guns on top like the Land Raider, but it doen't lose the TOW missile and can upgrade the machine gun with salvage, eventually turning it into a Gattling gun.
The main infantry unit has a gattling gun, invisibility, and flashbangs.
You get the idea.

But i think the artilary turret things should be changed into bunkers with artilary on top, something like the artilary gens bunker.
I think that there should be a more tech buildings though say a building with a radar on top to reveal an area like the radar van, plus it should be able to call in a artilary strike of 5 shells so that its not too powerful, plus this should be garisonable. This perhaps have a helipad to build small lil bird type helicopters. this will give a bit more of a edge, as gla and malitia could now build air units if they captured it, or perhaps the ability to call in paradrops of money crates anywhere you want.

For the tech command center, it combines all sides into the normal number of buildings and units(plus a few, 2 kinds of workers, all def. structures, and all superweapons). To keep it balanced, put it in the center of the map so everyone can race and fight over it.
Tech Guard Base: A firebase-sized structure with a large artillery cannon, two gattling guns, a patriot missile, and some infantry slots.

hi i don't really like the idea of having a building that creates all the best stuff in the game, because the game is ballanced well as it is, adding this would take away alot of the challenge of the game. ...
Yes, but the purpose of this type of tech building is as a grand prize to fight over, just like the tech dozer bay is in the game. Generally speaking, when you grab a grand prize like that, whether it be a 'best of' war factory, or just a plain old preplaced Chinese war factory during the game, the balance of power is going to tip toward the person that captured it. That's just part of the game.
If you don't like that type of game, or that type of tech structure, on a map then your free to choose a different map that doesn't have any type of captureable war factories preplaced on them.
Remember, these tech structures are put on individual maps by map makers, or player map editors, when the map was built/edited. These structures can't be built during the game by any player. As long as all sides (in multi-player games) know that there is this type of tech structure is on the map for the taking ahead of time, and agree to play with the map anyway, then I don't see a problem.
Heck, the tech dozer bay is even more powerful than what is being suggested here, in my opinion, so I can't see the problem of having a 'best of' war factory put into the game.
