And what's this? Vanguard finally admits he is no longer a beginner? It's a start, but you must accept yourself for who you are: a computer nerd who is great at skinning, coding, and modding in general (who probably won't get laid till he's thirty since all he does is sit at a computer).

There are two new Tech structures so far that the beta testers are testing right now. The first is the tech SAM site that fires 6 surface-to-air missiles at an air target before it has to reload. The second new tech structure is a tech nuclear power plant. A capturable power source that provides a small power bump. There are rumors of other possible new tech structures coming down the pipeline, but as of the beta 7.0a version they are not there yet. They are still in the R&D phase.What are the other new tech structures?
Along similar lines Vanguard has issued the following statement on the PR website:As a current AF member I'd like to suggest replacing the Predator with the Global Hawk. Realistically, it's loiter time is comparable and it's armed with two hellfire missles. Additionally, for the hopefully upcoming carrier, I'd like to suggest use of the Joint Strike Fighter. Due to it's vertical t/o ability it could land at any helipad for reload or repair, much like a rotary wing.
'There will be new UCAV's for the Airforce General, they are stealthed, but that isn't what makes them special.... I'll give you a hint, it's there, but it's never seen, it's dark, but it makes light, you'll hear it comming, but once it reaches you, you hear nothing, you'll be picked up by tweezers. Yes, if you guessed Stealth Missile, you're right. The missiles will go unseen past most enemies...'

Yeah, I also think that the JSF should be the aircraft of choice for the proposed, but not fully decided on, carrier as well. PR had a JSF before in the game that was just the right power for the game when you compare it with, and balance it with, the other aircraft in the game. It wasn't the strongest aircraft in the game, and it wasn't the weakest one either. It was just right for support aircraft. The carrier and it's aircraft should support the land based air ops in the game, and not become a total replacement for land based airfields, in my opinion.
The one thing the games JSF couldn't do that I would like to see added, was the ability to hover-on-station. It would be cool to have a JSF in the game that could fly from the carrier at high speed, hover and fire it's missiles, then fly back to the carrier (or manually point them toward the nearest land airbase/helipad) and rearm.
