and new countries pretty much requires rockpatch, unless you make new ones by removing old ones.

If you use the Republic of China and the People's Republic of China... You can have them at the time of conflict where the Commies dominates everything north of the Yangtze River and Nationalists occupies the south including the island of Taiwan... Or you can just have the island of Taiwan as the Republic, whatever you want, as Allied or a new faction... 
They shall perish...

I did look on PPM hes got all the different layers etc to make your own loadscreens there looks pretty good if you want something like soviet Antarctica

There should be a Yuri Romania. After all, his headquarters is in Transylvania, and Transylvania is in central Romania. IMO, it just works.

If anyone is able to contact lefthand... is there anyway he would put those loading screens up download? they are too epic to just sit around.
Or if that is not possible... how would one take the png's that he put up and convert them to work?
