I'm curious Dexter, what flaws can you spot with Alex's?

its ztz-96, not zts. s is for amphibious, z is for main.
Oh, and probably its nothing but a feel, however i think that model spmehow differs from mine. I don't even see the gunner's sight.
Well, the name was changed. How does it differ? I've scaled it down and reduced the number of polygons to match Generals models. Polycount = 886
well that was fast

Yep that's nice tank. But it will not be the best and the most powerful in the game. For example, russian T-90 and american M1A2 (and M1A2SEP) will certainly be better =)
Thank God, a realistic ZH mod with a realistic China on it.

He's kidding =)) Yep realistic China is the first made in our mod.

-1000HP V-92S2 engine instead of 840HP V-84MS
-Welded turret and improved armor (physical thickness up to 900mm)
-BMS
-New autoloader - 13 shots per minute
-New long sabot 3BM-44M shells
-new 2A46M4/5 maingun with improved acuracy (instead of 2A46M2)
We plan to introduce this tank into gameplay as an upgrade for T-90.

ZTZ-99 is going to be PLA's MBT of the second tier. Though it has quite low firing rate it is still a very efficient tank thanks to powerfull MTU-class engine, heavy T-80U-inspired armour, and ability to fire advanced ammo, such as DU shells or Invar missiles. Aditionally it has very advanced JD3 active defence system, which is able to deactivate sights of enermy vehicles, or even engage infantry and helicopters (should be similar to paladin tank fron vanilla generals). I am still not sure, how are we going to make the last feature, i am not a modder.
