I've updated the 3D Viewer section with two infantry models:
- The USA Marine
- The German Soldat

The models are made by Mongoose. Tanka did the skin of the USA guy and Widowmaker did the one of the German Soldat.

The poor marine has been in too many battles and had his face blown off :)

You've to download the Cult 3d Player, It auto pop ups, you've to click "yes" and you see the models. (it can be that ur popup is behind another screen.

If this isn't workin look at the news posts. There's a link in another news post, so you can download the player manually.

The marine does have a face, it aint very-visible though. Very faded. But it's better than having a plain colour there.

Ok, I did as told, but I get a zip file containing the ff:

C3DED.dat
Cult.inf
IECult.dll

Do I put the dll file in the system folder? How about the other 2?
Very stupid and embarrasing, I know. So what do I do?

So nothing happens when you keep the model window open?

Anyway I've searched for those files and they are in:

C3DED.dat >> C:\Windows\system32\Cult3D (or C as your windows drive of course)

Cult.inf >>

IECult.dll >> C:\Windows\system32\Cult3D

The same folder. Was unable to find the Cult.inf though, there's only a C3DED.dat there.

At least that is where they are on MY drive.

Yeah, but I'm not sure if that one was widely used, so I was thinking maybe something common for the Germans...like the MP40?

Yes, the MP40 was a nice looking gun, and we were going to add it. Not all hope is lost though.. ;)

But, the marine does have a face, I should know.. I skinned it.
It's just very hard to see, you can only really see his whiskers, I should make it stand out more, with black lines or something.
