Well, some news folks.

:rolleyes: There was an announcement posted at Rock The Battlefield. 1.08 Rock Patch which will be compatible with The First Decade should be out soon, so those who are still waiting to get full potential of Mental Omega v2.0a thanks to TFD should be happy now. Epsilon campaign, Epsilon in skirmish and some extras soon!

:shiftee: v2.0b will be released. When? This year - for sure. It will feature many of fixes, decreasement of Easy AI's level and some bonuses, including two "extra" Allied missions (I know that you are finished after 6th one - you shouldn't but oh well..).

:lol: Thanks to everyone who posted feedback and reported bugs. Keep them coming! This mod without you would go nowhere. :)

More news (and surprises?).. when they come! :cool:

Good news for everybody then. Will our MO 2.0a saves work with 2.0b? I think they will, just checking.

By the way speeder, you're somewhere in Poland and according to clocks this side of the atlantic, its 6:54 pm on August 15. :shiftee:

I have already started in school and worse: I am 500 Kilometres from my home when the new Rock Patch is out, but too bad... Anyways good news Speeder. I like it :p

It seems to have been delayed.

EDIT: Hmm...That's odd. When I start Mental Omega with the rock patch, I have to end the task at a certain point to get it to launch. When I don't, it works just fine. Any ideas why?

Yeah. Same here. I'm currently running MO without RP, but either for the last version of MO before 2.0a, or the current 2.0a, I need to end the game itself upon starting the game through the mod launcher, then start the game again. Same goes for Purple Alert mod. I think it has something to do with the way the XCC Mod Launcher works. Btw, i'm using TFD v1.1. Have not encountered such problems with any other mods so far, only til I start playing with mods that uses the XCC Mod Launcher.

Stampeder, you've read the forums, right? The rock patch doesn't work with The First Decade anyway.

You're probably right though. It likely interferes with the xcc launcher.

rp 1.08 is out!!!!



EDIT: Mental omega won't work with rp 1.08 when i tried to play as yuri.

I always get the launcher bug regardless of RP or not. But having fixed it by closing the yr.exe in task manager it works subsiquently until the computers restarted. Its annoying, but its livable, just take that extra 20secs to load; its worth it ;)
