Can someone teach me or give me a pointers how to get rid of the OOS, ive tried lotr.str and all of those strings but i cant play a game online without it OOSing on me, any help ?

I looked at my first post (like a few monthes ago) and i was like WOW i have changed quite a bit, Still some bits and bobs but i am getting the hang of it.
I was a complete newbie when i came here... I didnt know anything about mods... I didnt even read tutorials i went straight to making a new topic! i skipped this whole Topic i looked at and i said to my self wow these guys are (excuse my language) Jackasses from hell...
But now i think they are amazing at what they do...
I didnt no the files or anything but now i know what almost every ini has in it... or could take a guess anyways///
