I thought it's role was to pass for a human, so it could spy on them in the first place.
I'd think a robotic voice would kind of break the illusion .

Nexus spies are probably robots but use human flesh and sensors to show themselves as biological humans, Nexus loaths all human life, but he will infiltrate them in order to play them against each other, assassinate key personell or to steal secrets to aid his war machine. Volkov (the nexus unit..) is gonna be changed because he doesn't fit in with our vision of a Nexus side..

Personally I'd rather have a Nexus voice like the old Nexus

Nah.. we really try not to use public resource anymore. Besides, I'm sure the Centurion or Predator fills the role of big badass mech..

We've got some sort of working NEXUS EVA but Ash hates it, so we're going back to the drawing board At least it was refreshing to hear something other than Yuri initiate man for so long..

To me the yuri eva sounds a little bored, like his done that job for 50 years.
Gets very annoying after first two matches..

Always figured he needed some inspiration in form of a terminator sitting right next to him pointing a gun at his head..

In any case I've sent an e-mail to (hopefully) Jim Bambra's company, the lead man who directed Warzone 2100.. I've asked him who exactly did the voice actor for Nexus and to see if we can contact him.. It's a long shot but it's worth a try right?

lol I know this is going to sound stupid and be a little off topic, but I remember seeing a Metal Gear REX voxel somewhere made my Mig (probably on yrarg). Any plans on incorporating any Metal Gears into the NEXUS faction?

Even Madcat had bigger chance than metal gear rex

Sori offtopicin takia, mutta ei Apollo sattuis tietämään mistä sais Yuri's Revengiä uutena? ainaskaan netistä ei saa tilattua, mutta jossai kaupoissa saattaa vielä seisoa hyllyssä niitä. Ja mä en sitten nimenomaan halua The First Decadea. Kelpaa kyllä jos se on joku Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge pack tai joku muu C&C pack missä vaan on Yuri's Revenge uutena.
