RedAlert3 online connection problems

Hey.

i have big problems to login to onlineplay in RA3. pls help me anyone.

i have tried to use my old login from Origin, but could not. i have read that all the old servers from ea is shot down. it was saying " could not connect to backend server"

Then i have tried make a profile in here and using the C&C online program.

but when i type in my new login, password and online ID, from Revora, it just saying "user supplied an invalid password".

i have tried open RA3 in C&C program - with and without the Origin game preferences "play" turned on and off for this game.,  in Origin,  and as admin. nothing works.

i have no firewalls , only windows standard.

i have read all i could on internet to find out the problem, as i see alot other guys having the same problem, but they fixed it, by doing some of the same things i have tried.

what can i do ?

 

pls help..

OK Can you try logging in now. I think there was some wrong information in the database and I've removed it. Let's see what happens.

ill just tried. i still got the - user supplied an invalid password -

 

Just to get this rigth, i use my

 

email as username

password from revora

online ID code i made her on revora aswell

?

but yea still no login...

Yes, that is strange. I'm going to re-write your password to see if it's the encoding. Can you try again now please (with the same password).

I just logged in using your credential without difficulty. The problem is that I can't see from the log any difference between your failed login and my successful one. There must be one though. I am a bit stumped at the moment, I'm afraid.

Is it possible for you to attempt a log in from a different computer?

okay thats a good thing, then maybe its my computer.. hmm...

thanks for your help anyway so far..

i will try to login from another computer as soon as i can, one of the next days.

then maybe i have to reinstall the game on this computer.

and it still dosent work :S

and that dosent work as well... im so frustrated :S...

do u know what else to do pls. ?

Can you link me to the other account please.   That one will have to be disabled.  E: I found that now; Wildmand

 

When you tried from another computer, did you use the same version of the game that you've been having problems with on the first computer?

 

E:

 

Can you please also tell me;

 

1) the language version of Windows that you are using (and which version of Windows);

 

2) the language to which your Keyboard is set (put "language" in the search bar to find "Region and Language" in the Control Panel) ; and

 

3) the language your game is using.

i have not "claimed" my user before. i have done it now.. could that have been troubling the connection? ..

No.  You don't need to claim a new name.   I suspect that you have a foreign language version of Windows / Keyboard setting and so did the other computer that you used (Danish?) and that that is causing the problems.

You could try setting your keyboard settings to English from the Control Panel (see above).      Is the Danish Keyboard set up similarly to an English keyboard (QWERTY etc)?
