Go to the full postI originally tried that and it failed, however the error has simply gone away and the game works completely fine now.

I HAVE READ THE HOW-TO THREAD
Hi! I read the threads above and none of the solutions relate to the current problem I am having.
Every Time I attempt to Run the STANDARD RA3 a Message appears with the following: 5:00000654434
I Run Windows 7 with I-7 4940MQ @3.1-4.1 Ghz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 880M
Any Solutions to this one? Screenshot Attached.
