Hello,

So after trying for a few hours today to get this all working me and a couple of friends eventually got connected and in a game, only to find that after about 10 minutes it started to lag, fps appears to still be fine, but the time in the game was moving at a snails pace and then eventually it started dropping the connection, and was unplayable.

After a few tries, with the same thing happening, I decided to turn to you guys for help.

Any one having this issue?

Any one know of anyway to resolve it.

Edit: more info, I'm running:

windows 8.1,

origin ultimate collection.

friend running:

windows 7,

origin ultimate collection.

on a side note, I had another weird connection problem that you might want to add to you normal connection issues list;

I have a more than one network adapter installed and running, and in the settings it had selected the wrong adapter and was trying to use that to connect, once I set this straight connecting was not longer a problem.

Do you use GenTool? And if you do, does the issue also happen if you do not use GenTool?

Do you run the game in Windows XP compat mode?

Yes it is running in compatibility mode. We ended up downloading a couple of mods for cursor locking and field of view extending individually and ran with that lot instead of gentool in the end. Still get connection issues a lot when starting a match but we eventually get there.

I never heard about this problem from anyone else. Maybe there is some conflicting software running, although I don't know what that would be. Maybe some aggressive Anti Virus program? How often does the problem occur?
