Any way to make a character "count for victory" ?

Hey thanks for your attention !

 

So I'm trying to make a hero count for victory. What I mean by this is a hero that counts like a building or a fortress, that as long he's alive, you won't lose the game.

 

I tried many things like MP_COUNT_FOR_VICTORY in the Kindof settings but it didn't work. I also tried to add STRUCTURE in the kindof: this time it worked, but the enemies don't react the same. They literally can't attack the character.

 

I would also like to change the way to win a skirmish, like capturing all the structures (like outposts, inns...) to win...

 

Is that possible ? If it is, any ideas for solutions ?

You might have to use map scripts to make it work.

Wasn't there a kindof list in gamedata.ini on this?

  VictoryConditionStructureObjectFilter    = NONE +STRUCTURE -IGNORE_FOR_VICTORY -UNATTACKABLE -ECONOMY_STRUCTURE -WALL_UPGRADE -WALL_HUB -WALL_SEGMENT -DEFENSIVE_WALL -Inn -ShipWright -Outpost -SignalFire -CaptureFlag -ShireGreenDragon
 
                                                    ; NOT_AUTOACQUIRABLE here for the non selectable workers.
  VictoryConditionUnitObjectFilter        = ANY -DOZER -NOT_AUTOACQUIRABLE -MordorWorker
 

Try changing those perhaps? :p
