Launcher does not see Red Alert 3. When I want to lauch the game, the program doesn't want to do it. Does the directory of installation influence on the problem of launching?

Please read the Common Issues & Solutions and the How to Report Issues pinned topics. We cannot help you based on that information and I suspect that your problem is dealt with as a common issue. That is just a guess though, as I don't have your log.
