That sounds like a networking problem. Can I suggest that you check that the IP address in Options->Settings->Network is an IP address on the network you use to connect to the internet. I would also disable (or preferably remove) any Hamachi or similar drivers you might have, as they are know to cause a problem like this.

When I try to log in to online mode I click on icon LOG IN and wait for about 20 seconds but then there comes an error whrer it says: could not connect to kanes wrath online.
the only thing i can click on is OK.
Am I the only one with issue?

LOGIN ISSUE
game: command & conquer 3 kane's wrath
patch: 1.02
windows 8.1
I am using origin version of the game.
I have revora launcher installed
My internet speed is 4MB/s.
PC specificatins:
intel i7 4790k
asus maximus VII hero
8GB corsair DDR3 1866MHz memory
asus geforce GTX 970 strix
corsair h100i
crucial mx100 256GB ssd
western digital 1TB caviar blue
asus ROG frontbase
corsair AX860i PSU
I start game as allways. Start revora launcher and launch the game by clicking on icon kane's wrath. My game starts perfectly normal. In game main menu I click on multiplayer --> online. When I am in log in menu I insert password and click log in option. I wait for abouth 20-30 seconds and then I get the message where it says: could not connect to kane's wrath online the only thing i can click on is OK.
This probelm begans 2 days ago. I didn't have that problem before.
I am from Slovenia - Železniki 4228
My freind who lives 2Km away from me have the same issue that begans 2 days age too. his name is: 6kotnk
I do not have any error file for this problem.

My porblem was in hamatchi, I can log in now.
