I HAVE READ THE HOW-TO THREAD

 

Hello guys, really would appreciate some help here.

 

I am currently running CNC Generals ZH from Origin, I got it from the recent humble bundle sale.

Version: ZH 1.04

 

I DO NOT have CnC online launcher installed

I have already installed GenTool

I have changed compatibility to windows XP SP3 and running the program as an administrator

I have disabled origin ingame from the game as well

I have other VPN adapters installed, but none running when i attempt to login

 

 

The login had worked a total of 2 times out of the few dozens tries Ive done to login.

Currently when i attempt to login, the game stalls for awhile and then tells me that it 'Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online'

 

Please help! I am really out of ideas about what I am doing wrong to log into the game.

You are best to totally remove or disable the other VPN adaptors, if you can. First thing to do though is to check that the Online IP address in Option is one on the network you normally use to connect to the internet.

having the same issue here. please help. keep showing Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online.
