[SN 185]

HI

 

When i try to log in with my SN185 account in kane's wrath i get this message : The specified online ID or account name is already in use please try a different one. Thats wierd beacause i played for months with that account.(When i use a different online id i can log in)  Can someone tell me how i can fix this?

Hi. That is, indeed, weird because the SN185 account definitely belongs to your profile.


Could I ask you to attempt another log in, then to post in here and let me know when you did it, so I can check the log.

BTW I've added your $upernova accounts to your profile now so you should be able to use those.

I think I found the problem. You were logging in with the user name "SN185" (i.e. without a space between SN and 185) and the SN185 nick name belongs to the SN 185 account (with a space). You seem to have two accounts on here; SN 185 and SN185. The SN185 account will have to be disabled. Please let me know if you want the nick names transferred to the SN 185 account first.

lol silly me....thanks for the quick response. You can delete the SN185 account with the nicknames. I tried to log in with mine nickname $upernova on the SN 185 account and i get the same message: the speccified online id is already in use. I guess its not proccesed yet. The nick names have been updated now, so $upernova should work.
