building mind control and multi-mind control in RA2 (not YR)

I've been experimenting with ini editing in vanilla non-YR RA2, and one thing I've been trying to do is see if things in YR like multiple mind control for psychic tower and Yuri Prime's building control. I expanded the control warhead to have 100% verses values all across the board, but that didn't do anything. I know how to change a mind control weapon's max number of units that can be controlled at once for YR, but RA2 codes seem to work differently.

Mind Control doesn't work for Buildings in RA2. They added the code for it in YR if the new tags they added weren't obvious enough.

Hopeless venture, RA2 mind control codes are far more crude and thus neither is possible... controlling multiple units or buildings for that matter.
