my new password doesn't work

Hi support,

 

I created an account call gerneralvic before but realized I spell wrong, so I changed an another email address on that account.

 

Then I created an other account called generalv but use the old email address that I was using when creating "generalvic"

 

now when I log into Generals Zero hour with the old email address (currently using by generalv) and new user name, and the current password for game, it says password is in correct.

 

Do you have any suggestion?
