It is not possible for now, there is a way to use any CaH with any faction by pressing the hero's first letter on the keyboard while hovering over it in the dropdown CaH menu. This will select the hero even if it was shaded as unavailable.

In RJ-ROTWK, Rohan and MotE are not available to have a CAH selected for them, how would you input that? I tried putting the tags Rohan and MotE to the CAH available factions tag, but the game wouldn't start! Halp.
