Hello there guys,i need help with this problem:when i try to login Command and Conquer 3:Tiberium Wars(i made all steps before start my game,in the website),the online login option appears this message.
Cannot connect with secondary Server
I have Windows 8.1 ,but nothing appears in the error log file from CNCOnline_Log.txt,
i will be happy if u can solve my problem,thanks.

In the server logs I see a login attempt from you that seemed to work except you tried to use your e-mail instead of your username to log in. So when did this error start happening?

I never played online before,so,it's my first time...is that the error?I put an exception on my firewall program.If u can give me a hint ,it could be useful...
