We are asking you to own up to things, don't get defensive.
When Mathijs asked on ModDB who made the orcs, you said that you did. We know that's not true, and you removed them, fine.
Then you were asked if you made the Noldor elf, again you said that you did. Yet again we know this isn't true.
What Mathijs is saying is that we don't mind if you use things from other EA LotR games because they're old, nobody cares about them, and EA doesn't even have the license anymore. But we are asking that you're honest when you're using things that you didn't make.
If you're unwilling to just admit things, and instead you want to get defensive/hostile, then there will be consequences.
You choose your fate. We want you to succeed, but if you're going to violate our policies then deny/get mad then there is a problem.
Just own up to it, scrap the elf and make something new that IS entirely yours. You'll feel better about it in the end.
