Please read and follow this; How to Report Issues. We really cannot help you much unless you do that.
I will hazard a guess though, and say that your buddy list might be corrupted. Perhaps you could try removing some.

Hello,
So I cant log in to the game with my account - game crashes after clicking log in.
Created a new account and I can log in with the new one.

It is impossible to remove aybody from my list because I can't log in.

Seems like it started working by itself.
I can log in with my original account again - took a day, but I can log in.

Usually the way around not being able to log in due to a corrupted buddy list is to log in from a different computer from normal. If you're in now, I suggest you take the opportunity to remove some old buddies that you don't want.
