Passable - Impassable

Hey. I have been recently editing maps to my liking - however, I come to a map where a selected area is supposed to be passable but isn't in game. As I am a beginner to World Builder, I was hoping someone more experienced could help me with my issue.
If you would like to help - here is the file and I will explain what I am trying to do.

Now, when you load up the game. You will see that there are three gates. First level, second and third. The problem is with the third. I am unable able to destroy it (only with catapults or Earthquake) and when it is destroyed, my units cannot pass through. They sort of glitch through the side of the gate. Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried making it extra passable but nothing works.



Is it just not do - able?

Is it that gondor building you're talking about or there is actually a gate on the main path...?

The path is the part I would like passable. The Gondor building is the glitch that they go through. They pay no attention to the path.

There was a gate on the path, but in that picture I removed it for testing purposes.

Well it's likely a geometry problem... because i think the 3rd floor hole in the big rock wasn't designed to be pathable...

 I have played some maps, where they have been able to pull it off.
