While you are doing that, you should probably reinstall your launcher and possibly your game if that fails. You have connected to the stats server and recorded matches in the past (you have some match history). The stats reporting in TW/KW/RA3uses the same protocol as is used to browse the web, so it is unlikely to be a communication problem that is causing the issue.
