Can't upload to gamespy servers error

for me it started at 11:10 am gmt +1

Shatabrick (which controls custom map transfers at the moment) appears to be functioning normally. It may be a fault at your end or you may have been unlucky and hit a load spike. I suggest that you restart your game and try again. If the problem persists, feel free to report back.

It could be; it should be OK now but there was a huge load spike again (it is clearly an error somewhere) and I've not been able to find what caused it.

I found something but not sure if that can make the problem.

Every time when there is a problem to play costum maps , we dont have the rank picture before the name.
