Your best bet would be probably to "clone" a hero that already works, and piece by piece change things over to get your desired Agandaur.

You'll need to check - from top to bottom - if everything that's being referred to actually exists. Start off by simply adding the hero's basic data such as animations. If you can start the game like that, good. Now copy over the modules step-by-step and ofc all the upgrades/specialpowers/etc. that belong to these modules. Start the game every time after adding a module and see which one causes the crash.
