Generals Zero Hour "You must be 13 years old to play this game online" error.

every time i've enter my age :21/02/1994 it says :"You must be 13 years old to play this game online" error. i dont know what to to do !?

I have to wonder if maybe the email format throws off the login screen. Try an email address without many dots, such as "myname@gmail.com".
