So I've been wondering about this for a long time, I've also seen several tutorials to this - but none specifies on how to make background tracks specific to a single faction (unless I missed a tutorial, of course).

Does anyone know or is there a tutorial that shows this for BFME 1?

Nothing in Music.ini suggests a way to make them side-specific.

No idea, maybe you can work on something with these audio events and how you can trigger them.

For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

I'll see what I can find. I know a mod has done it before, but unfortunately I can't install this mod due to the installer being incompatible with Windows 7 and for some reason I can't extract the .exe either (crash). Does music have anything to do with libraries? Interesting stuff can be found in music_musicscripts_single.map, but as it says _single I'm not quite sure what it's used for. I'm trying to figure out how the scripting is done atm :)
