I have two computers and I want to play with my friend that doesn't have a pc. One of them with windows8 and the other with windows10. I installed the game with the same files but with different serials of course.
We are connect to the same network (of my house) and when we enter in multiplayer»»network we can'f find each other.
What do you think is the problem? Do you think is a option.ini problem?

You are trying to connect via LAN. This forum is about playing on our server, which allows you to play over the internet instead.
Nevertheless, regarding your problem:
You probably have to be in the same workgroup and allow both games to communicate through your operating system firewalls.
