Hello Comrades,
after i changed my system to Windows10 and bought the C&C Ultimate Collection (German Version) to have back some fun to play C&C Zero Hour online.
- GenTool installed 
- deactivate origin ingame
- C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers Setup patched
The first online game run perfect, than i couldnt connect to other players any more.... 
Searched the Forum to find any solutions and started to change options:
- Set the Port ingame in Options on 16000
- Set the Port in the Router on 16000
- Found 3 Generals Launchers in my Files Directory:
Shortcut on Desktop goes to: >Origin Games>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour>Generals.exe
2 others in: >Origin Games>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour> Generals.exe and generals_origin.exe
- Set the Windows-Firewall for incoming and outgoing rules on Port 16000 with each exe.
- Started each Launcher as Administrator in Compatibility Mode from Windows 8 to Windows XP Service Pack 2
Here and There i could connect for only one game... 
I nearly gave up and changed one thing (not realy remember what) and started a another connection test in the lobby. The German Player gave me the Tipp to install the Uncut Patch and set all Ports free, the Port 16000 is for GameSpy.
My Solution is now:
- Ports free in Windows-Firewall by all 3 Generals.exe
- Ports free on the Router
- Ports free in ingame options
- Installed the "full_uncut_25" Patch (Option: First Decade)
- Start ZeroHour as Administrator on Desktop with Compatibility Mode Windows 7
My thanks goes out for all players in the 2vs2 Lobby to Test my Connection Problem. 
I'm realy sorry for messing up some multiplayer games after i could connect before.
