Hello, what is your favourite mission from each commandos game and/or mod?
For me it would be:
Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines:
Mission 14: D-Day Kick Off.
This mission was the most challenging in the whole game for me, even more so than the later levels, when i first played this game back in the late 90's or early 2000's this was the mission I got upto twice but could never pass. But playing the game again later passing it finally felt so rewarding, and I love the fact you have to work extremely hard to get that tank.
Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty:
Mission 5: Guess Who's Coming Tonight.
This mission is my favourite simply because it was on the demo and I used to play the BTCOD demo over and over around the same time I was first playing BEL. But I still think it's the most fun level in the game till this day. Also I remember the demo version being harder than the full, because on the demo you didn't get all the extra abilities that were in the full btcod
Commandos: Strike in Narrow Path:
Mission 7: Pharaohs Legacy
Although this wasn't as challenging as the mission before it, it was the coolest and best designed out of the levels I thought. Going through the pyramids was a cool idea and I loved the traps. Mission 6: Panzer General is a close 2nd place.
Commandos 2: Men of Courage:
Castle Colditz:
This is my favourite in regular C2, it just has a great atmosphere and it is the largest level in the game I think. Burma would be 2nd place.
Commandos 2 Destination Paris:
I can't choose, there's too many great custom maps in there and choosing a best is too hard ![]()
Commandos 3: Destination Berlin:
Meh I never really liked the C3 levels too much, they were a lot more linear than C1 and C2, but if I had to pick it would probably be Get to the engine, I liked the new idea of it and thought it was the most fun.
