gamadata.ini not used?

Best Answer Kwen, 06 December 2015 - 11:43 PM

This is bypassed by making a new ini file somewhere else and putting the gamedata changes in there instead, essentially creating a duplicate of gamedata. This doesn't however work for the Macro Define values. For those we typically use the "pre-converted ini package" which has all the Macros renamed and relocated so that they can be edited without touching gamedata.

I don't know though if there is a pre-converted version for BFME2 though.

It seems like changes I make to the gamadata.ini file in my mod don't show up in the game. Why is that, and can it be changed?
