Hi I am totally new to this.

I registered an account with your site, and downloaded your C&C online launcher, logged into the "in game" online feature but keep receiving "could not connect to back end server" error.

I have tried to find the server log .txt file you need but the file is totally empty.

 

What am i doing wrong? it is blowing my mind!!

You should look for CNCOnline_Log.txt

hello I am having the same issue. I downloaded the game thru origin and I have tried looking the the CNCOnline_Log.txt and cannot  be found. PLease help can someone be more specific and guide step by step what to do???

I have located the file but it is totally blank.

If that really is the case, which is somewhat unlikely, you need to reinstall the launcher.      Uninstall it, download another copy from the C&C:Online web site and reinstall it.

Ok so i have uninstalled and re installed.

 

I have tried loggining using TW3 KW this time and this is the report in the log:

Great.    That suggests that the game does patch properly now.     What's happening when you try to log in?

it says that my user name and sign in is not recognised

Your user name is in the server database (as GreenGobbler). What credentials are you using to log in (don't post your password here)?

Ahh that may be where I am going wrong.
The First box for user name I use my username typed like this:
Green_gobbler

And then the second one as:
Greengobbler

I will try that again later the other way around.
If this is the case I am so sorry for being such a noob and and wasting your time.

I can not hook my games I also have ultimate edition when I attempt to hook Kanes' Wrath this is what the log tells me. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to bring up an old post, but i have recently had a new computer and tried to install as per the earlier posts.

 

I have managed to successfully hook CnC3 KW but unable to login to the sever. I have the error could not "connect to back end server"

You probably need to install this; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers, given that you're using the Ultimate Collection. If you still have issues after that, please make your own topic

Ditto my last comment. If you've installed on a new computer, you will need to install the C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers again.
