I occasionally get requests to beta test SEE. That is naturally mostly flattering to any moder I guess, and people often say that they would like to "help in any way they can", which is also nice. But unfortionately, we modders seldom come across people that have actual modding knowledge in some substantial form like coding, scripting, modeling, texturing/skinning, UV-layout, rigging, mapping, audio editing, etc... but there is one thing however, that virtually anyone with access to basic modding tools like W3D Viewer can do, that would probaby be of great help to any modder that is in the process of looking for suitable animation sets for new models - and that is a complete list of all available animation sets in this game series as in "XXX_SKL" and what type it is. With such a list, one wouldn't have to randomly go through folders and whatever memory you have in search for the right type of anims to begin with (cavalry, infantry, archers, etc and what weapons they use, how they use them (1 or 2 hands), if they can toggle and if they wear capes or not). So for instance, if you need anims for a new unit that wears cape, wields a one handed weapon and a shield - what animation sets do you have at your disposal and what are their names?
The list could be indexed with cathegory such as:
