1) You've mistaken Red Alert 3 for an indie game (former mod) that used to be called Red ALTER (now Red March). Which has not even been released. http://www.moddb.com...-march/#3688548
2) For the actual Red Alert 3... Here are links to all language versions of the patch. Make sure you run the patch's .exe as administrator.
