Hello
A problem I am having with the special edition is that when I try to connect to my friend who has this installed, I get a message that says that we may have a problem with synchronization data, or he has a different version. He has the same thing happen when he tries to connect to me, both on network and online. We were both on 1.06 too. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Some bits of information that could help:
-I can connect to a different friend just fine
-We tried to both switch to version 1.00, and my game worked but his got an error message and crashed the game.
-He has windows 8 installed. I have 7.
-We followed the installation steps exactly the same way as they are laid out on the forshire site, including the crash fixer.
Anything to help the situation would be really helpful. I am eager to play with him soon. Thanks everyone!
