bfme - bfme 2 problem

Hi,i installed yesterday bfme perfectly and i managed to log in online easy while having hamachi open and no ports open (udp).
Today i installed bfme 2 too fine.But now when i get into game bfme or bfme 2 and go online i can write username pass and nickname
but the log in button is not clickable.Why is this happening? Note that i deleted hamachi and open an udp 8088 port but still not working.

Are you sure you entered your server login name and not your display name or profile name (nickname) in the "EA Account" field? The latter two would be too short and thus the button would remain greyed out...

i still cant play. i join online but my circle is red when i join a game. i dont have hamachi or gameranger, firewall on pc and router is off and antivirus too but still same.
players in game told me they have no further clue whats wrong,so i hope you can help me one last time
