Need help understanding how to mod correctly using FinalBIG for Generals

Hello all I am new to the community and using FinalBIG program. Now I am understanding quite a bit of the basics in modding the .INI's, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get a dozer a weapon and fire it while idle and not just while it is constructing a building. If anyone could help I will be grateful.

Easy way to figure this out?  
  
Find a mod that has a dozer with a weapon, look at the INI and learn.  
  
It should just involve adding a WEAPON module to your dozer.  
  
 
Example of a WEAPON module:
 
Weapon CrusaderMachineGun
  PrimaryDamage = 10.0
  PrimaryDamageRadius = 25.0
  AttackRange = 150.0
  DamageType = SMALL_ARMS
  DeathType = NORMAL
  WeaponSpeed = 600         ; dist/sec 
  ProjectileObject = NONE
  FireFX = WeaponFX_GenericTankGun
  FireSound = GenericMachineGunFire
  RadiusDamageAffects = ALLIES ENEMIES NEUTRALS
  DelayBetweenShots = 200               ; time between shots, msec
  ClipSize = 0                    ; how many shots in a Clip (0 == infinite)
  ClipReloadTime = 0              ; how long to reload a Clip, msec
End
Might also want to add this and/or another SCATTER argument, dozer operators are not the best shooters and leaves some game-balance tweaks viable.
ScatterRadiusVsInfantry = 10.0     ;When this weapon is used against infantry, it can randomly miss by as much as this distance.
