I've got this custom map, its called Harbor_Warfare. And when me and a buddy of mine want to start the game. It says transferring map. But it keeps getting stuck at 99%.
Someone knows how to fix this issue?

You don't say what game it is you're playing. The server controls the map transfer in TW, KW and RA but it does not sound like that and I am not aware of any server issues that might affect transfer at the moment. Are either of you using the Ultimate Collection? If so, this is probably your answer CNC Labs.
Before you try that, if you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this, because I believe it fixes that issue too; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers by Bibber.
