Hi guys.

We bought CnC3:TW over Steam & playing through Revora. We are able to:

  • link / launch the game easily through cnc online
  • can create / join the game
  • setup all the adjustments
  • get ready for the match

BUT, the "ready" icons usually shows "trying to connect". Sometimes it works after 10, 20 or 30 minutes, but sometimes it doesn't work at all, even after few kickouts, reconnections etc. It's very annoying ... Firewalls are off obviously.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks!

Regards

Vic

That sounds like a quality of service issue (as you connect sometimes). You should try using a wired connection to your modem instead of WiFi and keep any mains electrical cables way from the leads coming into your modem / router from the street.

Thanks for the answer however I don't think this is the case. Router (wifi) is just next to laptop ....

Sometime, even just next router doesn't help. If you have any mains electrical cable near, it can interfer a lot. What is suggesting ToxicShock can help you locate where the problem is. If it was really a quality of service issues, using a wired connection will completely solve it and you would be completely fixed about your problem.
