Hello guys! When I try to play C&C ZH Online it says that I have to download an update and that I have to install it, but the game closes and nothing happens.

You will need to install patch 1.04 manually. The in game updater does not work in that game (it tries to connect to gamespy, I think). You can get a link to the patch from here; C&C:Online User Guide I believe that that link should take you to the relevant page.

Oh no.   You shouldn't be using the launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour. Just install GenTool and then start the game from its normal shortcut. Gentool has built in C&C:Online support. Using the launcher will cause issues.

However, using Gentool without the launcher will probably do the trick.

Ok i´ve installed Gentool but now the game won´t open

You'll have to tell me a bit more. Is it a disk version or Origin? You're launching from the desktop shortcut and the game doesn't open?

It´s the Disc version. At first the game tells me to use Administration rights so  i´ll start it with it and then nothing happens

Clearly, from your first post, you got the game to start. Somewhere along the line, the game must have been corrupted. I think the best thing now must be to uninstall the game, reinstall it, patch it again (remembering to run the patching program as admin), reinstall Gentool and try again,

Yeah the thing is i´ve deinstalled game after you answered the first time and after that i can´t start it

I´ve had to install a crack but it finally works now

So, you can launch the game with Gentool installed and get online?
