Account activation problem (for a friend)

Try now, I've manually changed a flag in the forum database.

 

@Tox: Did you activate the account by using the key?

Friend is trying to activate his account and is not receiving account verification email. He has tried a few times with no luck.

So, still no activation email for my friend. Can we maybe have an admin look into it for us? He really is a good guy despite the username LOL

I've (I think) activated the user name manually. Please could you ask your friend to go onto the C&C:Online web site and attempt to set up his server account.

I've also activated the account on here, so he ought to be able to post here now. Please could you ask him to drop by and tell us how he is getting on with setting up his server account?

Hello... I have tried to log in but it is telling me that my C@C account has not been activated yet I can post here now (still telling me to click the activation link).... I know it does not make sense to me. Thank you in advance for your help on this

He can post here on the forum, but when he tries to login to the server it gives him an error saying the account hasn't been activated yet, please use link provided by email.

Indeed I did. That did not have the effect I was expecting though; it continued to show the account as inactive in the database after I'd tried a few times.
