When I try to go online from the c&c 3 main menu, multiplayer, to online, to the screen with a picture of the Philadelphia satellite then login, the message I get is "could not connect to back end sever". Im using C&C3 tib wars with the 1.09 patch from the ultimate collection and am using windows 7. Ive gone through the support list a couple of times before trying game replays.org, Ive found a c&c online user guide that contains my issue.Im told the issue is nomaly on c&c online's end but im sure thats not the case because this website is up and there are other people playing online. Can anyone help please?

Do you have installed The Fixed Launchers for The Ultimate Collection?

If not , download and install it ^ ^

I installed that fix and I'm still getting the same problem as downesy100 on both Kane's Wrath and Tiberium Wars... Not sure what I'm missing. Although when I installed the fix the first time it said some games were missing the key in the registry and asked me to enter it... but it didn't say which games it wanted it for and only asked for one key.

Can you post your Error log again so we can see if something has changed after installed Fixed Launchers?
And have you tried hooking?

This error log seems like normal. Are you still unable to login? If yes, what is the error message from your game?

still unable to log in im afrid and the error message is still unable to connect to back end server

Same solution - read the pinned topics and apply the fixes found there. If it doesn't work, post your C&C:Online log. In your own thread, not anyone else's!
