No.
At least nothing's out yet.
But if you play TS you should try Twisted Insurrection or The Dawn of the Tiberium Age.

Is there other RA2:YR Mods that is recommended by MO APYR admins?
Anything that at least stable. No campaign is okay for me, I just want new (preferably balanced) units to play with ;p

TS is freeware, but Twisted Insurrection and Dawn of the Tiberium Age are standalone.
Tiberium Wars is the sequel from 2007

Red Resurrection. It's an overlooked gem, but pretty much on par with MO3 in terms of gameplay - although it's a lot more casual-friendly and ain't geared towards punishing the player for any mistake possible.
And ofcourse there's D-Day, if you're into a WW2 simulation.
Oh dear now we're talkin'! :DD gonna check it out~~~
