I downloaded the C&C online addon so I could play tiberium wars online but my anti-virus warned for trojan/malware. I understand sometimes that anti-virus can make a mistake and just being paranoid about certain applications. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and is it safe?

There's no malware included in C&C:Online. What antivirus are you using?

Installing the launcher can trigger that error because one of the techniques used to patch the games when they launch could also be used by a virus. That is why we suggest white listing the launcher or switching off the anti-virus entirely when hooking.

I programmed the C&C:Online launcher myself and I'm very sure it's not a virus :p
