Hi guys, I have been playing Zerohour using GameRanger with the GenTool the latest version!

.

However I tried to play it online i.e. I tried to create an account but whenever I do that it tells me this "Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour online!"

Image attached !

.

By the way, I also signed up to Revora! That's obvious right? :)

.

Any tips?

Have you just tried to log in, as I suggested over at gamereplays?

OK, I'll have a look in the log.

E:   One thing is immediately obvious; the online password is case sensitive and you appear to be entering it as all upper case characters.     Please could you enter your password with the same capitalisation as you used when you created your server account.     Then we can see if there are other problems after that.

If you mean that I should login in the game, then yes I did this. It told me that the password was incorrect. I guess because I couldn't yet make an account.

Go to the 2vs2 Lobby.      That's where everyone goes in this game.      There are only a few players on at the moment though. See shatabrick or the C&C:Online web site.

Hello, I entered some rooms, and created some. However when I accept and it tried to connect, it tells me "Unable to connect to other players" and then I find myself out of the room.

Any help?

You need to run the game "as administrator" and with Windows XP SP3 compatibility, which you can do that from the "compatibility" tab of the short cut. If that does not help on its own, please try disabling Windows Fire wall so we can eliminate that as the cause. Failing that, you might have to port forward or set your computer as the DMZ. See Common Issues & Solutions for more on that.

In order to help you, there is information needed. What does you have for a router ( Model / Type ) usually you find this Info at some sticker that is attatched to the bottom of your Router/Modem.

Fortunally there is a Website that has step by step instruction how to do achive a port open router

http://portforward.com/    go there and search the list for your router model.

The rest should be easy if you have a little bit of patience and willing to learn somehting new. If you need help feel free to write here.
