Hello Community,

 

i recently registered my account here in this forum to play   C&C Zero Hour. I installed everything  ( first patch 1.04,2. c&c online and 3. gen tools) / additionally  no firewall, administrator rights ! If I try to log in in my account  ( email + nickname+password from here) there comes an error message " unvailid email ".  

 

Can anyone help me or have an idea to solve this problem?

You need to set up your server account on the C&C:Online web site (you've not done that yet).

Thanks for you fast answer.

 

Unfortunatelly I think I do not now how to set up my server account acutally:( . I try to log in via C&C:Online with the manuall of  C&C:Online User Guide. This guide said that I just have to login with my email , nickname and passowrd from the forum. But it does not work? Do I have to register anywhere else? THere is also one guide who recommend to login via gentools(does this mean normal login via zh.exe)?

I am pretty sure that the guide does not say that. The guide says that you log into the web site with your credentials (user name and password here). Once on the site, you create a server password (and a nick name if you want- you can create a nick name when logging into the game too). To log in to Zero Hour, you use your email address (on here) and the server password and any nick name you have created or want to create.

I can see that you've been onto the site now, so you can go to Zero Hour and log in using your email from this forum, the server password you just created and a new nick name of your choice (if it's in use, the game will tell you).

I am going to move this topic to the Support Forum (which seems like a better place for it).
