my friend can login create a game and join games but as soon as he gets into the game he gets dropped. 

we have the origin version.  the launcher also doesn't notice the install and I cant seem to edit the launcher. says install not found. I can join games and play even though I get the launcher error.  whats the deal?

Also your link to the install guide and video doesnt work. it just takes you to the home page and lists the features and i also cannot type into the forum without copy and pasting.

WIndows 10 is the OS. gen tools and the other bibber install are installed. i dont have the error log from him
